“Car detailers were very conscientious and hard working.. They were punctual and worked more than 4 straight hours until the job was completed. My daughter’s car was trashed on the inside, but they were able to make it look almost brand new inside and out. Bottom line: I should have and would have paid more for what these 3 men were able to accomplish...and they stayed at it until the job was done. They even cleaned Grandson’s car seat to the point it looks new.”

“The detailing was postponed from last weekend and was supposed to happen today 6/3 but no one showed up and when I called they totally forgot. I tried using this site last year and it never happened either. I can't believe the lack of customer service, I stayed home today so that I could be here at noon and at 2:30 I texted and they didn't even remember I had an appointment. What a waste of my time. I give up, ”

“They were supposed to be there between noon & 2pm. Received a call @ 2pm that they were running late & would come on Sunday @ 9am. Received a call @10am that they didn't know what was going on or when they would be able to show up, The detailing was never done and I will not reschedule with cardetailing.com. I am extremely disappointed.. ”

“The car interior looks great, but the whole reason we hired a professional cleaner was to remove the cat urine/smell from the front seat, which did not work. The smell is still quite prominent and we're looking for other options now. However, he did work very hard on the car and I don't feel this was due to negligence, just maybe underestimated how deep the urine seeped into the upholstery.”
